Tests food for completion of cooking time and adjusts heat controls. Prepares special foods for residents requiring special diets. Arranges for distribution of food by placing into service trays or packing food into hot boxes for shipment to separate area. Supervise kitchen workers.

Salary Range:
From $41953 to $51410 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Three years of experience in large-scale cooking, one year of which must have included regualr supervision of subordinate employees or working inmates.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
